THE WIZARD OF OZ

March and April 2008

The 2nd annual high school level musical tackled an American legend, Baum's classic 'The Wizard of Oz'. 

Students from across the county auditioned in January and began the long journey of turning the written word into a moving, magical production.  Music, choreography, and lines were just part of the journey.

The last weekend in March brought fifteen students (many of whom began as strangers) to the stage as a cohesive team who traveled through the musical, magical land of legend - journeying from the plains of Kansas to the wonderful land of Oz and safely home again.
